"DATE: 10-23-07 Appearance: Lightish salmon / cranberry.
Nose: Sweet cherry, raspberry, plum, a fruit cocktail, quite inviting, good intensity.
Palate: Dry with good acidity, light to midweight. The nose leads you to expect a fruity off-dry rose, but the palate takes you 'round a sharp corner to end up with a great dry food-style rose with peppery/spicy notes midpalate. Some light tannins, a bit of warmth midpalate and after, fairly rich with a good long clean dry finish.
Conclusions: Sneaky in a delightful way, neither the colour nor the nose announces the table wine to come. Excellent." lfw
