"DATE: 04-11-09 tasted during 2009 Ontario Wine Awards Judging
Appearance: Pale lemon.
Nose: Light spicy and tropical fruit notes.
Palate: Dry with good acidity, light to midweight. Palate follows the nose. Soft ripe almost tropical fruit and a pleasant light astringency on the silky midpalate, with a very good clean dry finish. Nice gewurz touch of bitterness on the aftertaste
Conclusions: Youthful but precocious gewurz is in the lighter style not heavier. This should be an easy-to-drink wine through 2010 or 2011. A chameleon at the table." lfw
