Nose: Light spicy, floral and peach/apricot fruit notes.
Palate: Dry with good acidity, light to midweight. Palate follows the nose. Nice clean grapefruit notes on the midpalate, with a good clean dry finish showing a touch of nice gewurz bitterness (very normal).
Conclusions: Another good foodworthy gewurz from Fielding, although not yet rich enough to do battle with heavy spices or heat. Good through 2012 if not longer, elegant rather than forceful." lfw
