"DATE: 04-11-09 tasted during 2009 Ontario Wine Awards Judging
Appearance: Light lemon.
Nose: Herbal, spicy, lemony, fruity (peach/apple/pear).
Palate: Dry with good acidity, light to midweight. Palate is less intense than the nose. Midpalate is soft and a bit spicy with a clean citrus note. Finish is clean and dry.
Conclusions: Nice complex blend of many grapes which is youthful and under-developed at this time. This will open up and get more interesting by late summer 2009 and hold through 2011. Good food wine." lfw
