"DATE: 04-30-07 Appearance: Burgundy with some browning at the rim.
Nose: Sweet cherries, sweet and spicy oak, beet, bits of leather and strawberry.
Palate: Dry with good acidity, midweight. Palate follows the nose well, richness midpalate, ripe fruit with a spicy/mineral quality. Dusty fine tannins midpalate and on the very long clean dry finish.
Conclusions: Nice pinot just starting to develop, will age well another five or six years. Is becoming a sweetheart of a pinot, one for a black tie dinner about 2010." lfw
