"DATE: 04-11-09 tasted during 2009 Ontario Wine Awards Judging
Appearance: Straw.
Nose: Soft nose of butterscotch, sweet oak and baked apple.
Palate: Dry with good acidity, midweight. Palate follows the nose. Midpalate shas a silky mouthfeel and dusty tannins. Good long clean dry finish.
Conclusions: Young midrange chardonnay which is food friendly and suited to social situations as well. Most people like chardonnay, and this is what many expect from modern chard. Drink by 2012." lfw
