"DATE: 08-12-08 Appearance: Light straw.
Nose: Light sweet and spicy nose (light oak?) with good tree fruit notes of apple, peach and pear.
Palate: Off dry with moderate to good acidity, midweight. Flavourful (tropical fruit) is not quite what the nose promised, but is quite attractive. Silky and soft on the midpalate, with a good clean finish.
Conclusions: Interesting blend (of I'm not sure what) would work best as a social wine, or with mildly hot or spicy foods. Think Chinese food. Good for about three years in a good cellar, will become "fatter" after that." lfw
