Nose: Spicy oak, raspberry, red peppers, red currant, light herbal notes.
Palate: Dry wtih good acidity, midweight. Palate nicely follows the nose, adding silky mouthfeel and ripe tannins on the midpalate. Finish is a bit austere, long, clean and dry.
Conclusions: Youthful blend tastes good already and would work with rare red meats and flavourful cheeses, but in three years it will become a real treat by itself, and will see it's eighth birthday easily." lfw
