"DATE: 08-22-08 Appearance: Pale lemon.
Nose: Lime, peach, honey, mineral and floral notes.
Palate: Off dry with very good acidity, light to midweight. Very clean fresh attack with a hint of sweetness. Palate follw the nose, with a silky creaminess on the midpalate coming to a very long clean dry finish with a zesty mineral aftertaste.
Conclusions: Great fresh young cool-climate riesling. Exceptionally clean with a cleansing minerality. Good for eight to ten years, the combination of acidity and minerality makes it a real chameleon at the table. This should develop the typical Riesling petrol in about three years." lfw
