"DATE: 11-19-08 Appearance: Pale lemon.
Nose: Pear/apple with light buttery and mineral tones.
Palate: Off dry with good acidity, light to midweight. Palate is bigger than the nose suggests, with more tropical fruit in the mouth. Some richness and fat on the midpalate, with a long clean finish. Great fruity flavours linger on the aftertaste with a quite pleasant "tea" note that I often detect in well made off dry to dessert seyvals.
Conclusions: Very nice style of social wine should hold a couple of years, building more complex flavours enroute. Great now by itself with a cheese and fruit platter, or with white meats which have sweet vegetables accompanying them. Nice job." lfw
