"DATE: 11-21-08 Appearance: Purple.
Nose: Deep but subtle raspberry, cherry, blackberry, cranberry with light spicy oak notes.
Palate: Dry with good acidity, midweight plus. Palate greatly exceeds the nose, but follows the promised flavours. Midpalate shows richness, softness and light ripe tannins. Finish is very long, clean and dry.
Conclusions: Very nice ready to go general purpose red wine, nicely done. Should go another five years, maybe more. The treatment of these hybrid blends (Lucy K, Baco, De Chaunac) in Nova Scotia is a revelation, they are excellent." lfw
