"DATE: 08-19-07 Appearance: Light straw.
Nose: Baked apple, pear and sweet oak.
Palate: Dryish with good acidity, midweight. Palate nicely follows the nose, with sweet oak and light dusty tannins. Some richness midpalate, and a good clean finish.
Conclusions: Softish seyval should be consumed within two years, probably best with typical white meat dishes. Nice first effort from a new area." lfw
