"DATE: 08-17-07 Appearance: Straw.
Nose: Baked apple, butter, vanilla, light oak nuances and hints of more tropical fruit.
Palate: Dry with moderate acidity, midweight. Palate follows the nose, but is a bit more subdued. An earthy/vegetal character shows midpalate and adds complexity to the long clean finish.
Conclusions: Good midrange chardonnay best with standard foods, not for long keeping. Will certainly get more funky in time (so those trained to expensive old white Burgundy may find this a bargain!)." lfw
