TANK SAMPLE
"DATE: 12-30-07 Appearance: Light straw.
Nose: Youthful tank sample has melon/pear and a mineral/herbal quality.
Palate: Dryish with good acidity, midweight. Great fruit salad attack, with some almonst minty nuttiness on the midpalate, and a long clean dry finish.
Conclusions: Tasting very good for such a young wine (I make many wines each year, and get to taste them at this stage). This shows every sign of being a great drinking wine, a lovely way for a new winery to start out. Look for them in the summer of 2008!" lfw
