TANK SAMPLE
"DATE: 12-22-07 Appearance: Ruby, youthful.
Nose: Cherry/strawberry, fruity, undeveloped but already rich.
Palate: Dry with good acidity, midweight. Palate adds beet and cranberry to the nose, lots of fruit, good flavour intensity, very good long clean dry finish, huge potential, nice mouthfeel, dusty tannins.
Conclusions: Taken from a tank sample in November, obviously a babe in diapers, but what a babe! I am quite used to tasting wines at this age, making many myself each year, and this can turn into something very nice. Worth hunting out when they open next year (and a lovely tour getting there too)." lfw
