"DATE: 07-09-07 Appearance: Gold with green tints.
Nose: Mature peach with honey and citrus notes.
Palate: Sweet with soft acidity, midweight. Big mature peach pie flavours on the palate, nice spicy richness midpalate. Very long clean finish.
Conclusions: Mature dessert wine to consume by 2009. This is developing the funky flavours that older dessert wines get - you'll either really like them or you won't (kind of like old cheese)." lfw
