"DATE: 07-04-07 Appearance: Light ruby.
Nose: Peppers, cherry, plum, melon and a spicy/herbal character.
Palate: Dryish with moderate to good acidity, midweight. Clean red berry fruit (raspberry) adds to the nose with some silky softness midpalate. Light clean tannins and a bit of warmth on the long clean dry finish.
Conclusions: Nicely made easy-drinking rose is big enough for food or friendly enough to gulp. Good wine in a good cause." lfw
