"DATE: 07-13-07 Appearance: Deep ruby / purple.
Nose: Soft nose has cherry and plum, with spicy oak and a bit of an earthy character developing.
Palate: Dry with good acidity, midweight. Palate follows the nose nicely, adding rich ripe mouthfilling tannins and a bit of warmth midpalate. Quite long dry clean finish.
Conclusions: Excellent value in a general purpose food wine, should age another three or four years. Really good value in maturing wine." lfw
