Palate: Off dry (despite the (0)) with soft acidity, midweight. Big soft palate follows the nose, with bits of that typical gewurz oiliness midpalate and the similar gewurz bitterness on the long clean finish.
Conclusions: Nice gewurz which would sit best with spicy cuisine, or chilled on a hot summer day with a fruit tray. Will last three years, but is quite ready to go now." lfw
