"DATE: 08-29-07 Appearance: Ruby.
Nose: Intense raspberry almost jam-like nose.
Palate: Medium sweet with good acidity, midweight. Low alcohol has not hurt the body of this wine, which has a creamy/silky feeling midpalate and a very long clean finish.
Conclusions: Big raspberry dessert wine with a long future (I've kept big raspberry wines over ten years, though those had higher alcohol). Try a bit of this (a very tiny bit) over a tossed garden salad for a unique treat." lfw
