"DATE: 07-04-07 Appearance: Light ruby.
Nose: Melon, strawberry, cherry and light spices.
Palate: Dry with good acidity, midweight. Big rose has a strong fruit-driven attack, a mineral/citrus richness and light tannins midpalate and continuing through a long clean dry finish.
Conclusions: Think of this as a light red wine and it would be easy to place at the table. Sufficient stuffing to both age three years and to do battle at the table in place of light red or fruity white wines." lfw

FROM THE PRODUCERS:"Intense, bright red brick colour. Very lifted nose showing raspberry, strawberry and white pepper. Nice fleshy and luscious palate with a dry clean finish. Wild raspberries and white pepper on the palate. This is a fresh, elegant and well balanced rosé."
