Nose: Apple/pear and yeasty/bready notes on the nose, clean and inviting.
Palate: Dry with moderate acidity, midweight plus. Richer mouthfeel than some sparklers, softness midpalate, long clean finish.
Conclusions: Very high quality sparkler for all sparkling wine occasions. Would work with many food or social situations, or make a fine gift. Good sparkling wine is rarely out of place." lfw
