Hugh Johnstone is now retired from the LCBO, where his many duties included being the head of the Wine Consultants, and of Product Knowledge, among many other titles. He has since been hired as wine consultant by Colio Wines. To the left, the great one is shown supervising the opening of bottle # 1 of 1, 1991 VQA Cabernet blend, at a fundraising event for the Peterborough Rotary Club in October 2002.
