"DATE: 12-22-07 Appearance: Light salmon pink.
Nose: Strawbery, melon, plum and a mineral element.
Palate: Dry with good acidity, midweight. Nice citrus notes and silky mouthfeel midpalate, good long clean finish.
Conclusions: Nicely made food rose which could age 3 years. Very useful at the table, or in social situations." lfw

FROM THE PRODUCERS:"Fun and fruity. A lovely salmon colour, this dry wine has a nose that packs a pleasant punch full of pink grapefruit. The taste of wild strawberries carries though to the mouth. Fresh, with a well-balanced mouth-feel, this is a perfect summer sipper! 40% Cabernet sauvignon/ 60% Cabernet Franc Production: 1050 cases."
