"DATE: 01-01-08 Appearance: Pale lemon.
Nose: Peach, floral, spicy, nutty tropical fruit salad.
Palate: Medium with good acidity, midweight. Honeyed palate nicely follows the nose, with midpalate richness and mineral tones, and a long spicy finish.
Conclusions: Excellent wine for spicy or warm dishes, not overly sweet, not quite dessert, but has the fruit concentration for this type of wine. Capable of iive years in a good cellar, will put on weight, gain complexity." lfw

FROM THE PRODUCERS:"Sweet and playful. This wine teases the palate with white peach and aromas of beeswax, honey and floral notes of acacia. A delicate balance of sweetness and acidity delivers a thirst quenching finish. Made with Vidal grape and hand harvested from our estate vineyard, our fruit was left hanging until the first heavy frost of the fall. This delicate freezing process concentrates the sugars, flavours and aromas. Wild fermented with no added yeast. 500ml. bottle."
