"DATE: 09-08-08 Appearance: Pale lemon.
Nose: Light clean pear/melon nose with a nice mineral presence.
Palate: Dry with good acidity, light to midweight. Palate nicely follows the nose, with more flavour than promised. Nice austere mineral character on the midpalate makes this a great match for lighter to medium flavoured foods. Some silkiness as well, finish is long good and clean.
Conclusions: Great food wine (try this with a nicely done lighter chicken dish). Should go three years, putting on more weight as it develops." lfw
