Nose: Light youthful riesling nose shows lemon-lime, apricot and a grapefruit note.
Palate: Off dry with good acidity, light to midweight. Palate follows but is much more powerful than the nose, adding a nice taut mineral character on the midpalate. Finish is long, clean and dry.
Conclusions: Young riesling with a long future, another great example of what Ontario can do with this grape when the alcohol is kept low. Should go ten years, probably developing petrol within five. Good now with a wide range of foods, more interesting in another two years." lfw
