"DATE: 04-09-08 Appearance: Salmon.
Nose: Cherry/berry/plum nose.
Palate: Off dry with good acidity, midweight. Palate is larger than most roses, with deep fruit. Nice spicy mineral quality on the midpalate, with a good long clean finish.
Conclusions: Very nice drinking summery rose which would also sit quite well with spicy foods or turkey dinner. Should last three years, but ready to go now." lfw
