"DATE: 04-16-07 Appearance: Purple, quite youthful colour.
Nose: Cassis, ras/cranberry, cedar/pencil lead, chocolate, peppers, cherry and something attractively earthy.
Palate: Dry with good acidity, midweight plus. Some plush softness midpalate where quite ripe tannins appear, leading to a long dry clean finish.
Conclusions: Nicely developing Cab Merlot blend is becoming a complex wine and has up to ten years in front of it. Big but not in any way clumsy, very nicely done." lfw
