"DATE: 04-16-07 Appearance: Deep purple, youthful.
Nose: Black cherry, smokey oak, vanilla, blackberry and a bit of leather.
Palate: Dry with good acidity, midweight plus. Big merlot follows the nose well, nice dusty tannins appear midpalate and with something herbal/earthy last through a long clean finish.
Conclusions: Complex big merlot for the long haul, ageing slowly. Should be together fully in another two years, and go another five after that." lfw
