"DATE: 08-12-08 Appearance: Straw.
Nose: Rich baked apple, light tropical fruit, butter and a mineral tone.
Palate: Dry with good acidity, midweight. Palate follows the nose, with light dusty tannins and richness on the midpalate, and a good clean long dry finish.
Conclusions: Flavourful enough for big foods, yet well enough balanced for drinking alone, and will become more so over the next five years. Rich yet balanced by acidity, worthy of ageing yet tasting good already." lfw
