Nose: Baked apple and spices with a light mineral note.
Palate: Dryish with good acidity, midweight. Fresh attack follows the nose, with a cleansing midpalate and long clean dry finish.
Conclusions: Very much a food wine, this would sit well at the table in place of dry unoaked whites that have good acidity." lfw
