"DATE: 05-09-07 Appearance: Pale orange.
Nose: Apricot, cherry, sweet spices and floral notes.
Palate: Dryish with moderate acidity, midweight. Clean apricot/tangerine flavours on the attack, a spicy quality midpalate, and a long clean finish.
Conclusions: Drier than most will expect, this is a very food-worthy fruit wine, which could be substituted for soft dry whites with many white meat dishes. Not for long ageing, drink before 2009." lfw
