"DATE: 17-03-08 Appearance: Light ruby.
Nose: Moderate raspberry/spice nose with an attractive nutty / mineral character .
Palate: Dry with good acidity, midweight. Good intensity on the attack which follows the nose. Some dusty tannins on the midpalate, richness on the long clean dry finish.
Conclusions: Similar to the dry in many ways, perhaps a second production of the same wine? In any case a fruit wine to have with meals. Think summery foods, cheese trays, social situations. Would also work with fowl." lfw
