Palate: Off dry with good acidity, midweight. Light spices show on the midpalate to add to the flavours announced on the nose, with some silkiness in the long clean dryish finish, as well as a pleasant but light touch of cranberry bitterness and light tannins.
Conclusions: Neither dry nor medium, this is more food-worthy than stand-alone, makes me think in terms of turkey, stir fries, baked chicken or other non-spicy/hot dishes that have sweet vegetables on the plate. Not for long keeping, say two years." lfw
