Nose: Lightish nose of cranberry with light spices and a touch of mineral character.
Palate: Off-dry to medium with good acidity, midweight plus. Palate greatly exceeds the nose, adding more topical notes. Some fat and richness on the midpalate, touches of positive (light) cranberry bitterness on the long dryish finish.
Conclusions: Very interesting wine that would pair nicely with turkey and cranberries (surprise surprise) but would work with many fish/fowl dishes providing the heat is not excessive, and that there is some type of sweet vegetable on the table." lfw
