"DATE: 17-03-08 Appearance: Peach with green tints.
Nose: Peach/apricot with citrus notes.
Palate: Dry with good acidity, midweight. Nectarine on the palate, with some richness on the midpalate. Finish is long clean and dry.
Conclusions: Could age a couple of years, mellowing somewhat. Best now with foods that have a little "zip". Too dry for social situations for most people, but might work as an unusual aperitif for those who crave higher acidity." lfw
