wine chemistry at work Tech Information: 17-03-08 $ 12.80 (S: 1 A: 13) Winery

"DATE: 17-03-08 Appearance: Light peach.
Nose: Pear/apple with mineral and citrus notes.
Palate: Dry with good acidity, midweight. Flavours follow the nose, with some richness on the midpalate, and a good clean dry finish.
Conclusions: Good substitute for white grape wines at the table (think of this as a substitute for dry riesling). May age for two or three years, but I think it will just soften, losing its attractive freshness. Try it with pork." lfw
