"DATE: 06-07-07 Appearance: Light green-gold.
Nose: Lemon-lime, peach, honey, spices and the beginnings of petrol. Becoming very interesting.
Palate: Dry with good acidity, light to midweight. Flavours nicely follow the nose, with a complex midpalate forming. The finish is long, clean and dry.
Conclusions: Incredible value in maturing wine, this riesling from a great vintage has the legs to go another 8 to 10 years. It is showing the qualities of greatness." lfw
