"DATE: 06-07-07 Appearance: Yellow green.
Nose: Tropical fruit, peach, honey, lychee, melon, and a mineral character.
Palate: Dry with soft acidity, midweight. Palate nicely follows the nose, adding an almost oily character midpalate, which lasts into the long clean finish.
Conclusions: Unusual and mature wine, may be too dry for some given the apparent sweetness on the nose. A real match for spicy foods. Probably nearing its peak, should hold another year or two." lfw

FROM THE PRODUCERS:"Spicy with apple and some pineapple aromas in bouquet, this wine is full bodied with much complexity and excellent balance. Some citrus notes, lots of ripe fruit and a long lingering finish make this dry wine a suitable companion to many foods.

Food Pairing
Especially enjoyed with curried foods and smoked salmon dishes."
