"DATE: 04-29-07 Appearance: Lemon.
Nose: Clean nose has citrus, mineral, floral and apple/pear aromatics.
Palate: Just off-dry with moderate acidity, midweight. Soft pear/peach/apricot fruit, rich mouthfeel, a buttery character midpalate, and a good clean finish.
Conclusions: Good youngish Pinot Blanc which could age up to four years. Quite food-worthy, and a good value at this price. Most vintages of this wine represent very good value as few people are familiar with this white mutation of Pinot Noir. Quite nice served by itself." lfw

FROM THE PRODUCERS:"This light-weight, off dry wine offers fresh, zesty fruit, full-mouth flavours of pear and tangerine, and is sliced by a wonderfully crisp acidity.

Food Pairing
Suggested pairings include spicy Asian dishes, shellfish including mussels and oysters and seasoned white meats."
