"DATE: RETASTED 04-09-08 Nose has integrated in the last ten months, and there are good signs of ageability now showing, as wine is quite nicely balanced. Should go eight years, ready for food now, for stand-alone use in three years

06-02-07 Appearance: Light lemon.
Nose: Lemon-lime, light peach/pear and floral elements. Youthfully fruity attack, somewhat unknit acidity at this point. Good clean dry finish.
Palate: Dry with good acidity, light to midweight. Great zesty lemon character on the midpalate, with a long clean dry finish.
Conclusions: Undeveloped riesling is really too young to drink yet, but the elements for a really good wine are there. Hard to determine the ageability yet. Drink now with flavourful foods.." lfw

FROM THE PRODUCERS:"An excellent drinking wine with fine balance, which has a fresh, fruity and delicate peach-pear flavour combined with a palatable crisp acidity.

Food Pairing
The perfect companion to turkey, fresh water fish and spiced pork tenderloin."
