"DATE: 06-02-07 Appearance: Salmon orange.
Nose: Light strawberry, cherry and plum aromatics.
Palate: Dry with moderate acidity, light to midweight. Soft fruit follows the nose, some richness midpalate. Nice clean plummy notes on the finish.
Conclusions: Quite drinkable food rose, certainly nothing like the white zins many are familiar with, nor is it an intense Euro-style rose. Try this with everyday foods." lfw
