wine chemistry at work Tech Information: 09-09-08 $ 16.94 (S: dry A: ?) Winery

"DATE: 09-12-08 Appearance: Pale lemon.
Nose: Tropical fruit, spices and a breadiness.
Palate: Dry with good acidity, light to midweight. Palate adds a grapefruit zestiness to the nose, with a pleasant light astringency on the midpalate. Finish is dry, clean and very long. Good extract.
Conclusions: Great fresh wine for the next three years, useful as a dry riesling at the table (meaning it will go with almost anything). I really like this variety, almost unknown in my home province of Ontario where it came from." lfw

FROM THE PRODUCERS:"Displays fruit aromas of peach, mango, lime and grapefruit. Cool fermented in stainless steel tanks to retain this fruitiness and freshness. Pairs well with seafood dishes with cream sauces."
