Of a good intensity , the nose exhales notes of gingerbread and of lightly bated apples. One also notices a soft aroma of honey, peaches as well as a wide suite of well riped fruits.
At "mise en bouche" this cider is easy drinking and light. Captivating, it is conter-balanced by a peak of acidity and the freshness of the sparkling bubbles.."
"12-09-07 Appearance: Straw colour, persistent medium small mousse. As it should be.
Nose: Green apple and lightly spicy, lightly floral.
Palate: Off-dry with somewhat softish acidity, light to midweight. Apple character is more baked than the nose suggests, some midpalate creaminess and softness, good clean finish.
Conclusions: Easy-going cider might be at its best either chilled on a hot day, or served with medium hot and spicy foods. Not for long keeping." lfw
