"01-02-08 Appearance: Light orange gold.
Nose: Big baked apple pie, including the nutmeg and cinnamon, and a quite pleasant doughy note as well as some herbal/floral notes.
Palate: Sweet with very good acidity, midweight. Palate nicely follows the nose, with freshness on the midpalate, and a very long clean finish.
Conclusions: Exciting alternative to icewine, probably capable of going ten years or more in a good cellar. Great dessert wine." lfw

FROM THE PRODUCERS:"The sophisticated robe is nearby gold, with tints of oranged yellow, The whole asserted with much brightness.

A true cocktail of exotic fruits (pineapple, mango) and bates (apples, honey), freshly raised by soft scents of lilacs and cinnamon.

The attack is silky and peppery. Well seasoned, this cider is perfectly balanced thanks to its well riped fruits and its delicately acidic side. Its fatness et freshness maintain at the palate and remind of all the aromas expressed to the nose."
