Palate: Dry with good acidity, midweight plus. Quite ripe fruit, modern in style, some chocolate midpalate, long clean finish.
Conclusions: Big cab franc is not yet knit despite the age. This long-lived cab franc should come together in a couple of years, and last for another five or so. Really high quality, it is taking time coming together." lfw
