Palate: Dry with good acidity, midweight. Fruit-driven despite the oak-derived dusty tannins, somewhat peppery midpalate, long clean dry finish.
Conclusions: Elegant pinot is drinking nicely now, but will likely go into a "Flavour hole" in another year, coming back better than ever in 2009-2012. Drink now with rare red meat dishes, or wait for better times. Really nicely done pinot in a European rather than a new-world style." lfw
