"DATE: 07-11-07 Appearance: Straw.
Nose: Apple, pear, light spicy oak notes, bits of butter and vanilla.
Palate:Dry with moderate acidity, midweight. Nicely balanced oak/acid/fruit/extract makes for a clean wine with light tannins midpalate and a long clean dry finish.
Conclusions: Easy to call this middle-of-the-road chard the All-Rounder. It would rarely be out of place, and should hold up to five years. {Just not quite sure whether I trust a wine named after a guy who had to be paid to watch Jamie Lee Curtis take off her shirt (Trading Places)...}" lfw
