"DATE: 10-23-07 Appearance: Light straw.
Nose: Moderate lychee/rose petal and a general spiciness, clean and inviting.
Palate: Dryish with good acidity, midweight. Bigger than you'd think from the nose, flavours overpower the aromatics. Big mouthfeel, quite a spicy/peppery midpalate, good long clean finish.
Conclusions: Good food wine useful with many spicy foods or white meats, capable of three years but tasting good now. I expect the nose will catch up in another year." lfw
